A primary part of my ministry is leadership training through various schools of ministry and missions. I emphasis practical application of Biblical principles in our modern era. Main areas of instruction include developing healthy leaders, crafting and maintaining healthy church/ministry culture, practical “nuts & bolts” of ministry and leadership in the church, Christian character in daily life, and a variety of other topics.

I have extensive experience leading teams to do a variety of missions work in many countries. Normally working with host churches or ministries, I lead teams to do ministry such as street evangelism, prophetic prayer ministry, conducting seminars on topics the team may have expertise and training, outreach events, etc. I also lead teams to do prayer walking and intercession especially in areas where other ministry options are restricted.
